I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery


I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders


Returns and exchange details

I hope you are happy with every purchase. In the event you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. You must contact me before returning any item. Refunds will be provided minus any shipping charges. Return shipping is also the responsibility of the buyer.


Shipping policies

Please allow 1-3 days after payment for your order to ship. I will send you an email confirmation that your package has shipped. All purchases within the U.S. will be sent by USPS First Class mail, unless you would prefer an upgrade to USPS Priority mail. International purchases will be sent by USPS First Class International mail. Please be aware there may be duties/custom fees that you will incur in your country. Duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. All items are shipped to your GoImagine address. If you would like your order shipped elsewhere, please submit the address by email or message me in advance.
